NOTE:All the deer you see on this website are wild and totally free. This big guy drops by a couple of times a day to do a little grazing in our pastures. This time he decided to graze in our front yard for a little while. We really enjoy watching them. I probably have more picture's of deer than I do my kids. But again, I see the deer more often than I see my kids!

These two are really spoiled to the salt and mineral blocks. They are quite comfortable being around us. If we are outside they will watch us for a minute to see what we are doing and then go on with what ever they are doing.

This little fellow showed up on our feeder one day. We had no idea what kind of bird he was, so my husband got on the computer. He finally found out that it was a Painted Bunting and that they are common to the area where we live.

These photo's were taken in 2006 and to date we have never seen another one. If you would like to read more about these birds

These miniature horses have got it made. Jerry spends most of his time making sure they have plenty to graze on in the summer and plenty of hay and feed through the winter. When the "girl's" are happy, everyone is happy!

This is "Ms KoKo" heading for the water trough. It can get really hot, dry and dusty in this part of the country.

This is Max. He has been a member of the family since September 2002. He is an adorable spoiled rotten little stinker. Of course, he thinks he is something really special. We do too.
|
Yes, this is the same Max. He decided to go muddin'. I don't think he missed a mudhole on the whole place. He is a dog with many talents!!!
