This is "Speckles". She wasn't at all sociable when we bought her. Now she is as spoiled as the rest of our mares. She would like to be boss around here but our Ms Koko has a different idea about that.

Now, on to "Ms Freckles". We bought her at the same time as we did Speckles. Freckles would, at least, let you touch her but still not real friendly. Needless to say, she is now as spoiled as the rest. We seem to have a knack for spoiling them.

This is "Li'l Mama". She was our first mare. That was in 2005. She had a month old foal by her side. The foal was a pretty little brown and white pinto. "Li'l Mama" was bred back when we bought her and gave us a nice, small, solid black horse colt. She had a nice palomino horse colt this past spring out of our stallion "Blaze". Li'l Mama has a good disposition and gets along well with the other mares.
UPDATE 2010: Sold Li'l Mama as part of a package deal. It included her baby, Sheba, and our wonderful, wonderful stallion, Blaze.

This is "Ms Spirit". She is a lovely, lovely lady and is a really good mother to her babies. She is very protective for the first few weeks. She is registered in the AMHR and WCMHR. Her registered name is "Tater Hill's Spirit". Her sire, Le Cheval Corona, and her dam, Carmel of Tater Hill are AMHA registered.

This is "Ms Itsy". She is a small dapple gray mare. She is the teddy bear of the bunch. She is so loveable and loves attention. She will follow you around like a puppy dog and run her head up under your arm wanting you to love on her. She and our stallion, Blaze, have given us some of our most beautiful foals. Her sire, Bar B Thunder Ball, and her dam, Alpha and Omega's Victoria, are both AMHA registered. Itsy is registered in the WCMHR as "Li’l Texas Itsy".

This is "Ms Koko". She is a chocolate brown mare. She's the "boss" over the rest of the mares. As a matter of fact, she's boss over our stallion, Blaze, too. She is real sweet but definitely in control of things. Her sire, Senesa’s Mr. T, and dam, Trail Creek’s Amazing Grace, are AMHA registered. Koko is registered in the AMHA and the WCMHR as "Trail Creek’s Roseanna".

This is "Ms Kitt". This is the little brown and white pinto that I mentioned earlier when introducing you to "Li'l Mama". Kitt’s sire, Red River’s Painted Sky 4-MV, and dam, Red River’s Moon Baby 4-MV (alias Li’l Mama), are WCMHR registered. Kitt is registered in the WCMHR as Li’l Texas Painted Kitt. Kitt is all grown up now and is one of our mares. I think her favorite pastime is doing things to either aggravate my husband or make him laugh. She is a character. Her height is 35 inches.

This is "Ms Reba. She's a redhead so I named her "Reba". She is very sweet but a bit of a loner with the other horses. She is a superb mother to her babies. Her babies always have fantastic conformation. Her sire, Green Acres Hi Tech, and dam are AMHR registered. Reba is registered in the WCMHR as "Li’l Texas Reba".

This is "Ms Shadow". She is registered in the AMHA and AMHR. Her height is 32 1/2 inches. She is the elder mare around here. She was in foal when we bought her in 2006. She has arthritis in her legs and doesn't get around very fast. She gave birth with no problems at all but we decided that she didn't need to have any more babies. So, now she gets to just hang out and look pretty! She will have a good home here with us 'til……

This is "Ms Dolly". She is a real shorty. Her height is 31 1/2 inches. She is a bit of a loner also. She kinda likes to tend to her own business and hopes everyone else will tend to their's. Her sire, Sunkist Teddy Peppi, and dam, Sunkist Trixie, are both registered in the AMHR. Dolly is registered in the WCMHR as "Li’l Texas Dolly".
